Nothing at all! With no effort on your part, students can install the Blackboard Sync Facebook Application and start getting access to their own Blackboard data in their Facebook account.
However, you have the option of installing the Blackboard Sync Building Block to manage the authentication and access through the Building Block, as well as get reporting on usage. (More on the Blackboard Sync Building Block)
