Is Blackboard Sync available for Basic clients?
Students of institutions with Blackboard Basic licenses have access to the application through the open access connection unless the institution has opted out. The Blackboard Sync Building Block option is not available to customers with Basic licenses because those versions are not Building Block enabled, but students can access Blackboard Sync through the open access option.
